In 1983, DOB Systems began processing Marketing Information Data (MIDT) for its first airline customer, Continental Airlines.  Since then, DOB has provided data processing and reporting on booking data (MIDT), ticketing data (DDS), flight schedules, fare data, Estimated True Market sizes (EMS), and Market Seat Share QSI (MSS) to hundreds of  airlines and travel related companies around thew world.
